How can I share what I have created?

Laura Kendall May 21, 2012 01:48PM EDT

Once I have created my newsletter just how am I able to share it? It won't post to facebook and if I try to attach it to an email it won't load. How is everyone sharing their newsletters and book?

What format have you downloaded your newsletter and books in?

For your newsletter if you plan to share it via a website you can download it in HTML format.

If you want to make it available on Kindle or similar devices then download it as .Mobi (kindle).

My personal preference is to download newsletters/mini-books as PDF and upload them to sites such as Scribd.com.

I created a mini-book to be used as a case study that you can find at: http://www.scribd.com/doc/94123520/Transform-Your-Body-From-Mush-to-Muscle-in-49-Days
It has been less than a week and it has already had 444 reads!

It does not cost you any extra credits to download in multiple file formats, so anything I create I usually download every different file type available so I can use it however I want.

I prefer PDF simply because of the small file size and ease of use.

Thanks for the question Laura and the reply Jamie!

There is an issue with Scribd where, as you can see, it doesn't display the interior text properly of some documents. Although this is an issue with Scribd, we are looking into it on our end as well.

I do want to point out that the downloaded documents are fine and display the contents as intended - The downloaded file is the same as what is uploaded.

By the looks of it, this doesn't seem to be a problem for readers though. Jamie, you've already received 444 reads in under a week! Amazing :)

I would also like to use my report on Facebook. Is there a way to do that? I have also considered that we can just upload an image of the cover and email it from an opt in box.

Hi Laure,

Uploading a cover image to Facebook with a link under it is one option. You could upload it somewhere else and share on Facebook of course. Your own blog would be ideal. If you don't have one you can create a free one with Wordpress and many other services.
